Job Description
Boston Hire is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team in Boston. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing cases and providing administrative support to lawyers.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage cases and provide administrative support to lawyers
  • Collect and organize documents and information from various cases
  • Prepare client, insurance, and court correspondence
  • Keeeping clients informed on the status of their case and assisting in management of client expectations
  • Answering calls and qualifying potential new clients

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience being a paralegal in personal injury/ workers compensation
  • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal education
  • In-depth knowledge of personal injury and workers compensation in Massachusetts
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills
  • Good research, organization, and problem-solving skills

Benefits:
