Contract Law Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Law Specialist to join our team. This role will involve handling complex contract negotiations, drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Contract Law Specialist to work with our cross-functional teams, manage legal risks, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, identifying key aspects of agreements or transactions to align with business goals.
- Assist in developing legal resources such as templates, playbooks, policies, and training materials.
- Handle day-to-day legal enquiries and work closely with the Finance and Collections team to pursue debtors and recover unpaid invoices.
- Deal with ad hoc legal matters, including corporate entity support, risk assessments, compliance documentation, data privacy assessments, and reviews.
- Juris Doctorate required.
- 4-6 years substantive experience in providing legal advice in an international corporate environment.
- Previous experience in supporting a sales team in a technology company, SaaS experience preferred.
- Highly skilled and experienced in commercial / contract law and drafting skills.
- Ability to organize and work across multiple projects and multiple time zones.
- Must be self-driven, resourceful, results-oriented, and have a high multi-task proficiency.
- $150,000 - $220,000 per annum salary range.
