Medical Assistant Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at MOHAMED S ALI MD PROFESSIONAL. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for performing routine administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our medical facility.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front & back office duties in a timely manner, providing exceptional patient care and support to our medical staff.
- Perform routine clinical tasks, including vital sign recording, to maintain accurate patient records.
- Communicate with insurance companies for proper referrals and billing procedures.
- Escort patients to exam rooms and administer various treatments, including injectables and aesthetic treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Handle phone calls, Faxes, and assist customers at the point of sale.
- Learn and master our EMR system to optimize patient data management.
Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant, recent graduates preferred.
- Prior experience is a plus, but we offer comprehensive training and mentorship programs.
- Friendly and a team player with strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-service environment.
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
