Healthcare Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
About the RoleThis is a hybrid position that offers a unique blend of remote and on-site work. As a Healthcare Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for multitasking with working knowledge of ICD-9/10, CPT Coding, and Medical Terminology.
You will process authorization requests, verify eligibility, and obtain additional information as requested by Medical Management. Ensuring accurate and timely responses to provider calls is also a key aspect of this role.
Our ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide top-notch support to our clients. A minimum of 3 years of data entry experience is required for this position.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $23.98 per hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
