The GEO Group is seeking a highly skilled Government Site Specialist to join our team in the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP). This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.


About ISAP

Since its inception, ISAP has played a crucial part in ensuring the successful integration of immigration proceedings participants into their communities. With a strong focus on case management and supervision technology, we strive to provide a supportive environment that fosters growth and compliance.


Your Role

As a Government Site Specialist, you will utilize your expertise in criminal justice, psychology, and social work to develop individualized service plans for ISAP participants. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting face-to-face meetings with participants to ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of participant interactions and progress.
  • Installing electronic monitoring equipment as needed and monitoring participant adherence.
  • Evaluating English proficiency and connecting participants with necessary resources.
  • Assessing participant needs and vulnerabilities to provide targeted support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, along with at least two years of experience in a relevant field. Bi-lingual English/Spanish proficiency is essential, and experience working with multicultural clients is a plus.


Benefits
