In this role, you will be responsible for managing household goods claims, communicating with customers, and coordinating with other departments. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of property claims, household goods claims, transportation claims, or similar dispute resolution experience, as well as 2+ years of supervisory experience.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage household goods claims resulting from domestic and international moves
  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their claim
  • Create, update, file, and maintain claims-related records
  • Cordinate with other departments and update systems concerning claim settlements

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of Property Claims, Household Goods Claims, Transportation Claims, or similar dispute resolution experience
  • 2+ years of demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing claims or customer service-related personnel
  • Thorough investigative skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year
