Claims Supervisor Lead

We are seeking a skilled Claims Supervisor to join our team at Quality Services Moving, a premier moving, hauling, and storage provider. With a strong commitment to quality, training, and integrity, we strive to maintain the highest standards for everyone's mutual benefit.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Claims Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing household goods claims resulting from domestic and international moves.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound calls and providing customers with information and forms for filing a claim
- Receiving, researching, processing, and responding to household goods claims in a timely manner
- Communicating with customers, both verbally and in writing, regarding the status of their claim
- Creating, updating, filing, and maintaining claims-related records
- Cordinating with other departments and updating systems concerning claim settlements
- Analyzing and reporting on claims-related data to improve crew performance, the customer experience, and reduce claims-related expenses
- Identifying vendors to provide inspections or repairs and scheduling appointments with them and the customers as needed
- Supervising Claims Representatives to ensure claims are appropriately processed within established guidelines and timeframes
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of Property Claims, Household Goods Claims, Transportation Claims, or similar dispute resolution experience
- 2+ years of demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing claims or customer service-related personnel
- Thorough investigative skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive, service-oriented attitude with an urgency to complete tasks to facilitate a high level of customer satisfaction
- Exceptional organizational skills and follow through abilities
- The ability to work quickly without sacrificing work quality and meet established deadlines
- Computer literate and financially savvy
**Salary Estimate:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year
