This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation, security, and policy compliance of devices across our organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record in asset and policy management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain endpoint devices, including Macs, Windows PCs, and smartphones (iOS and Android).
  • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and updates of applications using Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager (ABM).
  • Maintain accurate records of endpoint assets, ensuring efficient tracking throughout their lifecycle.
  • Develop and enforce policies for device security, usage, and compliance.
  • Manage tickets and escalations related to endpoint devices, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to a team, leveraging experience to drive performance and collaboration.
  • Ensure endpoints meet organizational standards and optimize their performance through routine maintenance.
  • Develop, configure, administer, and deploy Windows 365 Virtual Machines.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of overall IT experience, with a focus on endpoint management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing assets.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency with endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune MDM and Apple Business Manager (ABM).
  • Hands-on experience in managing devices running macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
  • Device and Application Management: Expertise in deploying and managing computer systems and enterprise applications.
  • Policy Management: Strong understanding of developing and implementing device policies.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting skills across various platforms and devices.
