Sales Enablement Technology Specialist

At Securian Financial, we are seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Technology Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and utilizing sales enablement tools within Employee Benefits Solutions (EBS). You will work in partnership with Sales Enablement and Enterprise Technology to resolve issues, manage projects, and enhance the CRM system.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of sales concepts and planning strategies. They will also possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and provide insights. A comfortable working knowledge of Salesforce is essential, along with experience in project management and familiarity with sales enablement processes and technology.
This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work both virtually and in our offices. If you're located within a 90-minute commute, you'll spend three days per week in our offices, collaborating with colleagues and building relationships. The estimated base pay range for this position is $56,000 - $103,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, leave programs, a company-funded pension plan, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
