Customer Support Associate

Emanate Connections is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, charitable partnerships, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to potential donors, educating them on our charitable partners and the benefits of supporting them.
  • Become an expert on our partners and their mission, staying up-to-date on their initiatives and goals.
  • Participate in daily team meetings to discuss company objectives and goals for the day.
  • Contribute to increasing donations through effective education and relationship-building with members of the local community.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • A student mentality and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well in a team setting and with members of the community.
  • A passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
