Join DaVita's Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at DaVita. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including early mornings, days, evenings, and rotating Saturday shifts. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient care and support, while also contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing other medical procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure stats, and set up dialysis equipment as needed.
  • Work closely with our Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless patient care and support.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • IV certification, if required by state regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines.
