We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at DaVita. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in our outpatient dialysis center.

About the Role

As a LPN, you will be responsible for delivering care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each patient receives the best possible care.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering patient-centered care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • IV certification (if required by state regulations)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body
