Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

About the Role

This Senior Financial Reporting Specialist position provides key support to the Division CFO and encompasses a range of tasks, including reporting, business analytics/support, and M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing month-end closing procedures, preparing monthly performance reports, and conducting deep dive analysis on specific topics as needed. They will also support annual budget and midterm planning through various tasks, including creating templates, monitoring timelines, and reviewing reporting packages.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Financial Reporting Specialist will support global M&A activities by analyzing target financial reports, data sets, and due diligence documents. They will also assist in sell-side M&A projects by providing relevant and accurate data and documents.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Financial Reporting or Business Analytics, preferably in an international group context
  • CPA/CMA certification preferred
  • Practical experience in M&A processes is a plus
  • Ability to work flexibly, including being on-call when necessary
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Ability to use discretion and independent judgment
