- Identify cross-sell opportunities to increase share of wallet
- Maximize client experience through proactive sharing of market updates and trends
- Drive innovation in solutions provided to clients
- Execute strategic initiatives launched centrally
- Network with clients to identify new business opportunities
- Administrate the credit relationship of the client
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- 10+ years of experience in relationship management or a related field
- FINRA Series 79, 63, SIE (current or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Sound knowledge of banking and investment products
- Demonstrated expertise in credit skills and Early Warning Detection
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and make sound decisions
- Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred
