Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at New Tech Machinery. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the scheduling of all service work, trainings, and warranty service work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the scheduling of all service work, trainings, and warranty service work
  • Analyze and update service scheduling including technician assignment
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional service
  • Prepare service-generated quotations for customers requesting service work or machine training
  • Communicate with customers and service technicians to ensure efficient and timely service job completion
  • Support customers and technicians with ordering and processing of parts orders for spare parts and onsite services
  • Provide support to customers or distributors attending facility trainings
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, equipment, and tools, adhering to all Safety Guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED required; vocational-technical school or equivalent military experience or technical college training preferred
  • 4 years minimum experience in an administrative, customer service, or technical environment
  • Knowledge of roll forming service industry preferred
  • Ordering and purchasing experience
  • Experience with scheduling multiple employees
  • Previous supervisor experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Must successfully complete drug screen, physical, and E-Verify
