Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of security devices and systems across multiple projects.
- Develop comprehensive project scopes, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to Global Security standards.
- Maintain the CCure 9000 Access Control Enterprise, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Execute high-level administrative tasks, including personnel configuration and event management.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to Network Video Recorders and associated hardware, software, and network components.
- Lead security system projects, ensuring compliance with established Global Security protocols.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee service agreements, including system commissioning and testing.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in managing the operation and installation of physical security systems and software. Familiarity with VMS applications such as Genetec, Exacqvision, and Victor is essential, along with experience in drafting technical documents and project scopes.
Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, with variations based on skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages commence on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, as well as access to a 401K retirement plan with employer matching. Employees are also entitled to paid sick leave and other paid time off as mandated by applicable laws.
