Senior Physical Security Systems Manager Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Physical Security Systems Manager to join our team in Wilmington, MA.

Our client is a rapidly growing international semiconductor and manufacturing company that bridges the physical and digital worlds to enable breakthroughs at the Intelligent Edge.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 6 years of experience in managing the operation and installation of physical security systems and software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the CCure 9000 Access Control Enterprise, ensuring systems remain operational.
  • Perform high-level administrative tasks, including configuring personnel and managing events.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Network Video Recorders and related hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Lead and manage security system projects, ensuring compliance with Global Security standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, oversee service agreements, and perform system commissioning and testing.

We are looking for someone with knowledge of VMS applications like Genetec, Exacqvision, and Victor, and experience in writing technical documents and project scopes.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 per year.
  • Benefit packages starting on the 31st day of employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching.
  • Paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
