Join Our Team as a Lead Infant Nursery Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Infant Nursery Supervisor to join our team at the Primrose School of Castle Rock. As a Lead Infant Nursery Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for our youngest learners, guiding them through small group instruction, and helping them develop their confidence and independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a group of children in the infant nursery, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Implement the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum and programming.
  • Assess each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis and make recommendations for their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to plan parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations.
  • Maintain a well-organized and attractive classroom environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
Requirements:
  • CDA, EQUIT, Pyramid Plus, Colorado Level 2, Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • INS Certification Required.
  • Previous teaching or assistant teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program.
  • Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children.
