The Role:
We are looking for a Visual Communication Specialist (contract) for a temporary assignment. This position will be crucial in developing engaging visual content that resonates with our clientele, which includes renowned athletes and brands in the sports sector. As a contractor, you will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce impactful designs that elevate our clients' brand identity across various channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital platforms, including social media graphics, website visuals, promotional materials, and presentations, emphasizing compelling narratives and a strong visual appeal.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and effectively convey the client's message and values.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
  • Present design ideas to stakeholders and integrate feedback into final outputs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in graphic design and sports marketing to deliver innovative visual solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a keen attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in design with a robust portfolio showcasing innovative and effective design solutions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • Experience with design tools is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capability to articulate and present creative concepts.
  • A portfolio of work is required.
Contract Details:
  • This is a contract role with a flexible schedule based on project requirements.
  • Remote work is an option, though occasional in-person meetings or collaborations may be necessary.
  • Compensation will be aligned with experience and the agreed-upon scope of work.
