Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide reactive support to clients via phone, email, and support portal.
  • Manage client expectations, keep them updated on issue resolution, and escalate complex issues to the Service Manager.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of prior IT-related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop and server operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and user management via Active Directory and Exchange.
