About the Role

Guadalupe Regional Medical Group seeks a highly skilled Medical Assistant/LVN to join our urology team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless coordination with other medical professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Assist providers with patient care and coordinate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Interview patients, prepare them for exams, and record vital signs and information in the EHR system.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, assist with procedures, clean and sterilize instruments, and administer injections as needed.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent required.
  • Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent experience, or current licensure with the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners required.
  • American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
  • 1-2 years of previous physician's office experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with all levels of employees, management, visitors, and outside sources.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current insurance coverage.

We offer an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
