Medical Office Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Coordinator - ENT to join our team at Guadalupe Regional Medical Group. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical assisting or licensed vocational nursing and be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association. Experience working in an ENT physician's office is highly preferred, as is bilingual proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with patient exams and procedures
- Coordinate with other healthcare team members to ensure smooth patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification preferred
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- 1-2 years of experience working in an ENT physician's office, preferably
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current insurance coverage required
