Job Description:

The LVN Charge Nurse will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of quality care that promotes the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each resident. This includes observing, assessing, documenting, and reporting resident condition/changes, implementing care plans as directed, administering medications as prescribed, conducting rounds with physicians, and overseeing aides.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $65,000 - $75,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Active Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of Texas in good standing.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
