Role Overview:

Autism Early Enrichment Services seeks a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Behavior Analyst Assistant (CBAA) to join our team in the New York City area. As a CBAA, you will play a vital role in providing early intervention services to children with developmental disabilities and delays.

About the Position:

  • We offer an hourly rate of $50 per hour, translating to an estimated annual salary of $60,000 for just 25 hours of work per week.
  • You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), which can serve as a stepping stone towards becoming a licensed professional.
  • This position requires travel within the five boroughs to provide home-based services, making it an excellent fit for those who enjoy working in diverse environments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under LBA supervision, focusing on behavior change and skill development in clients.
  2. Maintain accurate documentation, including session notes and progress reports, to ensure seamless communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  3. Participate in regular supervision sessions and required trainings to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  4. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to create personalized intervention plans that cater to each child's unique needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • New York State certification as a CBAA or eligibility to apply.
  • Familiarity with ABA principles and practices, including ethical conduct and patient confidentiality.
