Job Summary

This dynamic role involves providing diagnostic evaluation, treatment services, and behavior support as part of our collaborative team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Design and implement individualized behavior support plans based on comprehensive functional assessments, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records to support quality intervention and service delivery, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement behavior treatment plans, promoting a culture of teamwork and shared responsibility.
  • Engage individuals in individual and/or group treatment as needed, promoting skill development and empowerment.
  • Provide training to staff on behavior treatment plans and best practices, enhancing their knowledge and competence.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss individual needs and develop comprehensive care plans.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree in psychology or a related field, with documented training in assessment techniques and behavior support plan development.
  • At least 2 years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, including creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior support plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven expertise in overseeing administrative tasks related to regulatory mandates and program operations.
  • A demonstrated capacity to work productively in fast-paced environments, adapting to changing circumstances while maintaining a focus on excellence.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $53,000 - $68,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including low-cost medical insurance, paid time off, paid training, dental insurance, vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, referral program, 403(b) retirement plan, company match, life insurance, employee discount, and health savings account.
