Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Create and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Supervise and Mentor Staff: Supervise and mentor our clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Administer Medications and Treatments: Accurately administer medications and treatments, ensuring the highest level of patient safety.
- Conduct Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of our residents, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for enhanced care.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
- Provide Education and Training: Provide education and training to our staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, maintaining the highest level of quality in patient care.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid RN license in the state employed and valid CPR certification.
- Experience: One year of nursing experience preferred.
