Hardware Systems Architect

Are you ready to shape the future of Artificial Intelligence?
We're seeking a dynamic individual to assume overall responsibility for designing and delivering cutting-edge boards and systems equipped with hundreds or even thousands of high-power chips and an extensive array of high-speed signals.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with engineering teams to define system architecture and drive innovation.
- Partner with chip design teams to strategize on packaging and pinout, emphasizing breakout of high-speed signals and delivery of high-power.
- Integrate Design for Test (DFT) and Characterization features, and coordinate planning efforts with fellow engineers.
- Select and manage suppliers, including Joint Development Manufacturing (JDM) partners.
- Recruit and supervise specialized employees and contractors.
- Define and oversee thermal management, power delivery, signal integrity, and PCB aspects of the design.
- Contribute to the definition of system, chip, and software architecture in collaboration with chip, software, and product teams.
- Expertise in thermal engineering, power delivery, signal integrity, and PCB design.
- Demonstrated experience leading the design of high-performance data center scale systems consuming over 3kw/h.
- Track record in managing supplier relationships and external development partners.
