Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Central Reliability Engineer to join our team at Saint-Gobain. As a key member of our Advanced Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for providing dedicated support to all sites within the Siding Products Group to drive improvements in technical reliability and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy foundational reliability pillar tools and methods at all sites in SPG to improve production, audit scores, and technical reliability.
  • Facilitate training for SAP CMMS and associated devices.
  • Assist plant Mechanical Engineers, Process Engineers, and maintenance department with troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex and/or chronic failures.
  • Analyze plant and group-level reliability data in support of policy deployment for the group.
  • Benchmark Predictive Maintenance technologies and support implementation in plants.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline or equivalent experience.
  • License/Certification: CRL, CMRP, or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience working in a continuous process manufacturing environment: 5-10 years required.
  • Project engineering: 3-5 years preferred.
  • Industrial maintenance or engineering leadership: 5 years preferred.
