Descripción del Trabajo:

  • Buscamos profesionales experimentados en repuestos automotrices para unirse a nuestro equipo.
  • Los candidatos ideales tendrán una sólida experiencia en repuestos automotrices, preferiblemente con experiencia en concesionarios, aunque también consideramos a aquellos con experiencia significativa en venta al por menor de repuestos independientes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Asistir a los clientes en la selección y compra de las piezas correctas para sus vehículos.
  • Proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional tanto a clientes minoristas como mayoristas.
  • Mantener un inventario de piezas organizado y bien surtido.
  • Procesar pedidos, devoluciones y garantías de manera eficiente.
  • Colaborar con técnicos de servicio para asegurar la entrega oportuna de las piezas.
  • Utilizar el catálogo electrónico de piezas del concesionario y el sistema de gestión de inventario.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa en repuestos automotrices es obligatoria.
  • Se prefiere experiencia en concesionarios, pero se considerará a candidatos con experiencia significativa en venta al por menor de repuestos independientes.
  • Amplio conocimiento de piezas y accesorios automotrices.
  • Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y comunicación.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico.
  • Dominio en el uso de catálogos electrónicos de piezas y sistemas de inventario.
  • Atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas.
