Automotive Parts Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Parts Counter Professional to join our team at Westbrook Toyota.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in automotive parts to assist customers in selecting and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to both retail and wholesale customers.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts inventory.
- Process orders, returns, and warranties efficiently.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery.
- Utilize the dealership's electronic parts catalog and inventory management system.
Requirements:
- Previous automotive parts experience is mandatory.
- Dealership experience is preferred, but candidates with significant independent parts retail experience will be considered.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic parts catalog and inventory systems.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
