Resolution Planning Program Manager

First Citizens Bank is seeking a highly skilled Resolution Planning Program Manager to join our Treasury team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our Resolution Plan, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Resolution Plan in alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with key leaders across the organization to understand existing internal capabilities and identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Gather and aggregate data; conduct financial analysis as needed.
  • Prepare and present reports summarizing results and processes to senior and executive management.
  • Prepare materials and respond to regulatory requests related to the Resolution Plan.
  • Monitor industry changes and peer practices for Resolution Planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in financial services industry OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in financial services industry.
  • Experience with resolution planning and/or treasury for a large financial institution required.
