Drive Your Potential as a Customer Experience Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with expertise in operations and sales. Rental car experience is a plus. This role requires excellent customer service skills, along with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- First contact resolution and the customer interaction experience within the location
- Immediately handle and resolve customer issues at the counter
- Serve as the primary Net Promoter Score (NPS) liaison for the management team
In this role, you will analyze NPS results to determine the cause and execute plans to improve guest satisfaction. You will also ensure that all corporate policies and procedures are administered and followed by all staff.
Qualifications:- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with experience in operations and sales.
- Rental car experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A competitive salary of $15.00 per hour.
