Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient intake process and maintain positive relationships with customers and referral sources

- Utilize clinical knowledge to anticipate patient needs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with state licensure
- Minimum two years of healthcare experience, preferably in hospice operations
- Working knowledge of insurance reimbursement guidelines
