Seeking a dedicated Healthcare Support Specialist

Position Summary

  • Welcoming and preparing patients for examination
  • Maintaining cleanliness of examination areas
  • Ensuring proper sterilization of medical instruments
  • Assisting with completion of disability and FMLA documentation
  • Managing prescription requests
  • Preparing necessary paperwork for pre-operative procedures
  • Coordinating appointment schedules
  • Conducting phone triage for patient inquiries
  • Knowledge of CT scans and assisting patients with setup

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Internet, Practice Management Software)
  • Demonstrated professionalism and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Capable of multitasking effectively
  • Skilled in completing medical treatment-related documentation
