Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Process Improvement Consultant to oversee projects that include offering recommendations and executing strategies in the following areas: optimizing and simplifying business operations, managing corporate actions, benchmarking and program metrics, data governance, conducting surveys, and assisting with business reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in strategic policy evaluations and program development.
  • Prepare briefings and related materials for leadership reporting across the enterprise.
  • Facilitate coordination among various projects and government teams to drive quality outcomes and promote technical advancement toward the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Utilize AGILE methodologies to collaborate with project team Scrum Masters in tracking strategy implementation progress and providing leadership with options that leverage industry best practices for establishing more streamlined and agile approaches.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business process improvement-related field.
  • Experience in coordinating and integrating diverse projects across multiple government teams.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills for addressing corporate actions, substantive research topics, and issues to a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work demands by continuously assessing the needs of the organization’s mission against ongoing tasks; and planning/scheduling their own work and that of the unit.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
