Job Title: RN - Pre Surgical Services

Providence Milwaukie Hospital is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to join our Pre Surgical Services team. As a valued member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to patients undergoing pre surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth transitions of care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Relevant certifications applicable to the position
  • 1 year of nursing experience
