About the Role:This is a full-time, night shift position (7pm-7:30am, 3, 12 hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various medical and surgical units, providing care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions. You will be part of a collaborative team that values patient-centered care, teamwork, and professional growth.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
- Contribute to a culture of safety and respect
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of nursing experience
