Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Acute Care Unit at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty.
