We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Progressive Care Unit team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA.

Job Summary

This is a combined posting for an Acute Care RN and Acute Care Fellow RN. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and empathy among team members.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
  • 1 year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire, unless otherwise indicated.
