RN Resident – Cardiac Acute Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Acute Care unit at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver world-class health with human connection.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac conditions, including acute coronary syndrome, heart failure, and arrhythmias.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
