Senior Clinical Role in Autism Behavioral Therapy

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead our team in providing high-quality behavioral health services.

About the Position
  • Job Type: Full-time or part-time
  • Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
  • Hours: 10-35 hours per week

Job Summary:

Achieving Stars Therapy is a leading provider of behavioral health services for individuals with autism. We are committed to delivering compassionate and individualized care, and we are seeking a highly skilled BCBA to join our team as a senior clinical therapist.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Develop and implement behavior intervention plans that address complex client needs.
  2. Lead Interdisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination and achieve optimal outcomes.
  3. Provide Supervision and Training: Mentor and support behavior technicians and caregivers to enhance their skills and confidence.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze client progress and make informed decisions to drive treatment effectiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with children with autism.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful behavioral interventions.
