Patient Services Advocate

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? We're seeking a highly organized and empathetic Patient Services Advocate to join our team at CareSpot Urgent Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and promptly answer incoming calls, gathering information to determine callers' needs and provide resolutions
- Guide patients through the registration process, verifying insurance and collecting payments
- Utilize our patient queuing process to ensure patients and families are informed of waiting times and provided with the most efficient visit possible
- Assist with collecting patient feedback
- Accurately record charges and payments to support patient billing, and prepare the daily deposit & reconciliation log
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and supportive towards patients in busy or stressful situations
- Preferably two years' experience in a medical front office or customer service setting
