Job Title: Patient Services Advocate - Full-Time

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? We're seeking a highly organized and empathetic Patient Services Advocate to join our team at CareSpot Urgent Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly and promptly answer incoming calls, gathering information to determine callers' needs and provide resolutions
  • Guide patients through the registration process, verifying insurance and collecting payments
  • Utilize our patient queuing process to ensure patients and families are informed of waiting times and provided with the most efficient visit possible
  • Assist with collecting patient feedback
  • Accurately record charges and payments to support patient billing, and prepare the daily deposit & reconciliation log

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and supportive towards patients in busy or stressful situations
  • Preferably two years' experience in a medical front office or customer service setting
