Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate at ProSol, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for executing our marketing and sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and staying up-to-date on industry trends through regular product training sessions.

You will engage with customers to understand their needs, communicate product features and benefits, and overcome objections to drive sales. Your excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and strong work ethic will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities to enhance our sales pipeline.
  • Communicate product features and benefits to meet individual customer needs.
  • Address customer concerns and objections promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on industry trends through regular product training sessions.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal.
  • A proactive attitude, desire for growth, and a driven mindset.
  • Excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic.
  • A positive and professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and clients.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications.
