Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in healthcare finance, with a focus on financial management and leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing financial plans and strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Operational performance improvement and/or project management experience.
  • Experience managing projects and conversions.
  • Experience in Materials Management.
