The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our multidisciplinary team. As an SLPA, you will play a vital role in providing collaborative treatment and training to children with speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Treat and manage speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing disorders in children.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with other therapists, including SLPs, PTs, OTs, and COTAs, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Educate and train patients, parents, and caregivers on effective communication strategies and techniques.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited college or university program.
  • Current Arizona SLPA licensure.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • One year of experience working with children as an SLPA (preferred).
  • Fingerprint clearance card.
  • CPR certification.
  • Liability insurance.
