Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver and manage individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans tailored to students' needs.
- Conduct therapy sessions under the supervision of the SLP, focusing on areas such as articulation, fluency, and language enhancement.
- Track and document student progress, providing regular updates and feedback to the SLP and relevant school staff.
- Work with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to integrate therapy goals into the classroom setting and support students' overall communication development.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings to stay informed about best practices and new strategies in speech-language therapy.
- Valid SLPA license or certification in Arizona.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and [Second Language] is required.
