Join the RITALKA team as a Marketing Specialist, where your primary responsibilities will include the ideation, creation, and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives. In this position, you will develop and produce marketing collateral, oversee projects, and maintain a cohesive company message across various internal and external channels.

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist:

• Formulate strategic marketing plans and initiatives
• Execute marketing strategies encompassing print, web, and social media content
• Support the Mind Your Business retail outlet with social media marketing, sales assistance, and promotional displays as needed
• Enhance and uphold the organization’s brand identity across all media platforms
• Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information
• Simplify intricate data into accessible formats such as graphs, charts, and other visual aids for management
• Ensure promotional materials are current and readily available by coordinating with the graphic design team and managing inventory
• Contribute to the creation of articles for newsletters and blogs for both internal and external distribution
• Assist the sales team by providing sales analytics, market insights, and new product information
• Achieve organizational objectives by taking ownership of new and diverse requests; seek opportunities to enhance job contributions

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and/or other design tools
• Experience in managing and moderating multiple social media platforms
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong creative and artistic abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated individual, adept at handling multifaceted projects
• Resourceful and well-organized
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media management tools is preferred
• This role is based at our Montevideo headquarters; remote work is not an option.
