Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect and verify demographic and financial information from patients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Obtain necessary signatures from patients, providing them with information regarding their rights and responsibilities, financial assistance, and other regulated information.
- Operate office equipment, including phones, fax machines, and computers, with high attention to detail and minimal errors.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities, adapting to changing situations and deadlines.
- Work effectively as a member of a team, communicating and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- Preferred experience in a medical office setting.
Working Conditions:
