Job DescriptionCustomer Service RepresentativeJob DescriptionGrowing company seeks professional customer service representative. Key responsibilities include answering multi-line telephone systems to assist with sales inquiries and directing calls to appropriate staff. Respond to customer inquiries regarding past, current, and pending orders. Collaborate with sales staff as necessary about customer delivery times.
