Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in TMS and Ketamine treatments through comprehensive training and studies
  • Take ownership of patient care, ensuring seamless delivery of services
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings to tailor treatment solutions to individual patient needs
  • Support patients' healing journeys through education, connection, and focus on TMS and Ketamine

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with basic math skills
  • Proven de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals
